Bernadette Peters and the CW 11 Morning News team made makeover magic happen this week for some very scruffy shelter dogs. It was a collaboration that would have made Oprah proud, complete with a dramatic “reveal” of the newly groomed and glamorous canines. Perfect Paws, Inc. provided the beauty treatment and as you can see on the video clips HERE, made some dogs very happy!
